Re: kws account.
Just going to be straight out with you, there's no way to register for KoreanMMO games, the Korean government started to crack down hard on people who steal KSSNs so they changed the system to you needing to verify not only your KSSN ( Korean Social Security Number ) but also the phone number that matches the home of the person who owns that KSSN resides in. Unless you have the matching phone number to the KSSN you're trying to use, you won't be able to register for games that require such information. Also, if you're not aware of this, you can no longer register for KWS without these two pieces of information.
Re: kws account.
Apparently a few people have gotten on KWS and have already reached levels around 40. Someone told me that they had a go-around on how to register with a KSSN and a phone number.
Nonetheless, I find the attempt ridiculous because they would stick out like sore thumbs and have their accounts checked and removed. Unless the GMs over there are too busy to notice/don't care.
Really now, must we try to play a game that we've left for a long time now? (Especially if it's in a language that we do not understand?)

Getting around the registration requirements is very unlikely. However, if you weren't shy in KWS you'd learn that many of the Korean players there spoke English, I had a few friends, and by few I mean 3 excluding 8bit when I played so when they did make it so that you had to register and link your old account to your new some foreign players had help from their actual Korean players friends to remake their accounts and link them to the account they were using so they could continue playing. Quite arguably this can be done in any Korean game via having someone either give you the username/password to abandoned accounts or simply making you one.
Again I was never for the idea of stealing a KSSN so I never once tried to play a Korean game though I didn't knock anyone who did ( and I know allot who did ) so that's all on the person. I personally would not enjoy playing a game I couldn't understand especially given that I like to write and read.
