How much exp do mentors get?

The other day (Friday) I decided to see just how much exp I could get my inviting mentees to leech exp off me thinking I would get as much exp as I would having 100% exp boost.
-20% party exp
+42% From mentor exp
+30% x2 60% menti exp
+30% x2 60% menti exp
But once I started actually training I realized that I get a extremely low value of exp from them, I would say 1/10 of their exp. So, how much exp do mentees give their mentors?

Idk, sometimes I'll get 1 exp from my mentee's and other times it seems like I'm getting 100%.
